Personal instruction
Every client learns differently, so each one-on-one lesson is adjusted to the person while keeping the boxing technically sound.
Meet your boxing trainer
Baki teaches private boxing classes and one-on-one lessons for beginner and intermediate clients who want to learn technique, build fitness, and progress with confidence.
How the lessons work
Each boxing lesson develops balance, timing, footwork, defence, control, and decision-making. The aim is to teach the sport properly while improving fitness through real boxing training.
Your boxing coach breaks each skill into clear progressions and adapts the session to your experience. Fixed-location lessons are based in Wentworth Point, with selected mobile options available.
From training to teaching
Baki’s background began in martial arts, including Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. That experience built a strong understanding of discipline, body mechanics, timing, and how complex movement should be taught.
Competitive boxing added footwork, rhythm, defence, distance, punch mechanics, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. Those skills now shape the structure of every private boxing lesson.
As a boxing trainer, Baki works with beginner and intermediate clients who want real instruction without a fight-gym atmosphere. Sessions use clear standards, patient progressions, and direct technical feedback.
Coaching approach
Every client learns differently, so each one-on-one lesson is adjusted to the person while keeping the boxing technically sound.
Your coach explains movement, timing, defence, distance, and combinations so you understand what to do and why it works.
Training can be challenging while remaining measured and supportive. Progress comes from consistency and coaching clarity.
More than a fitness class
Good boxing training is problem solving through movement. You learn rhythm, distance, control, composure, efficient footwork, and how to make better decisions as combinations develop.
You do not need to compete or spar to benefit. Private boxing classes can improve conditioning, coordination, confidence, and technical ability through a skill you can keep developing.
Private class format
Each lesson gives you a clear technical focus to understand, repeat, test, and refine with your coach.
The environment is respectful and focused, giving new clients room to learn without the pressure of a busy class.
Each boxing lesson builds cleaner mechanics, sharper timing, better control, and stronger fitness.
Lesson-by-lesson progress
Baki plans each session around technical development: cleaner movement, better rhythm, sharper reactions, and the confidence that comes from knowing what you are doing.
Progress often starts with small corrections—a stronger stance, a cleaner exit, or a punch that works because the feet moved first.
