Do I need boxing experience before starting?
No experience is required. Coaching is available for all experience levels, including complete beginners. The first priority is building correct fundamentals before increasing complexity or intensity.
I am not fit. Can I still do boxing coaching?
Yes. Sessions can be adjusted to suit different fitness levels and training backgrounds. Conditioning is built progressively through structured boxing training rather than forced intensity.
Do you offer beginner-friendly boxing coaching?
Yes. Baki Boxing specialises in introducing beginners to authentic boxing coaching in a structured and approachable way, without turning the training into boxercise.
Do you coach people who do not want to fight competitively?
Yes. Most clients train for fitness, skill development, confidence, and enjoyment rather than competition. Competitive guidance can be offered, although Baki Boxing is not positioned as a competitive fight gym environment.

What is the difference between your coaching and a normal boxing gym?
Private boxing coaching provides a more personalised experience with focused technical development, flexible scheduling, and individual attention that group boxing classes typically cannot provide efficiently.
Why choose private boxing coaching instead of group classes?
Private coaching gives you complete coach attention, customised skill development, flexible scheduling, and tailored progression. It is designed for clients who want technical boxing development, not a general group fitness class.
Are you a boxing gym?
No. Baki Boxing is an elite private boxing coaching service. It is not a boxing gym, fight team, boxercise studio, or commercial group fitness business.
Boxing Technique & Training
What makes the coaching technical?
Sessions focus on stance, footwork, punch mechanics, defence, timing, distance, combinations, conditioning, and decision-making. The aim is to develop real boxing ability through clear progressions.
Will I get punched or spar during training?
No. Sessions focus on technical boxing development, fitness, movement, and skill progression. If sparring or competitive boxing becomes a future goal, referrals to appropriate boxing gyms can be provided.
Can boxing help with confidence and discipline?
Boxing can positively influence confidence, discipline, focus, and consistency through structured skill development and training. Confidence is built through competence, repetition, and clear standards.
Mobile Coaching
Do you offer mobile boxing coaching?
Yes. Mobile private boxing coaching is available, with additional callout fees quoted depending on location.
How does mobile boxing coaching work?
Book under Mobile Private Boxing Coaching or submit an enquiry first. Baki will confirm whether the location is suitable, then quote any callout fee before the session is accepted.
Can mobile coaching work around Rhodes or Sydney Olympic Park?
Yes. Mobile coaching may be available in Rhodes, Sydney Olympic Park, North Strathfield, Homebush, Strathfield, Concord, Concord West, and nearby Sydney areas depending on location suitability.
Anytime Fitness Wentworth Point
Can we train at Anytime Fitness Wentworth Point?
Yes. Sessions can be conducted at Anytime Fitness Wentworth Point. Non-members may be required to pay the club's casual entry fee. Outdoor and mobile coaching options are also available.
Why train indoors instead of outdoor-only coaching?
Anytime Fitness Wentworth Point provides a professional commercial gym environment with consistent conditions, equipment access, and a more structured setting for private boxing training.
Booking & Enquiries
How do bookings get confirmed?
Square bookings are requests first. A session is confirmed only after Coach Baki accepts the booking.
Should I book or enquire first?
If you know which service you want, use the booking page. If you are unsure about the right session, location, or training format, submit an enquiry first.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
Baki will review your goals, experience level, location, and availability, then respond with the most suitable next step. Enquiries are personally handled.
Pricing & Payments
How much does private boxing coaching cost?
Private Boxing Coaching is 45 minutes for $95. Mobile Private Boxing Coaching is 45 minutes for $95 plus a quoted callout fee. Padwork Only is 25 minutes for $75. Boxing Fitness / Circuit Training is $95 and available at Anytime Fitness Wentworth Point only.
How much are small group sessions?
Small Group Sessions run for 1 hour. Pricing is 2 people at $60pp, 3 people at $50pp, and 4 or more people at $45pp. Additional callout fees may apply and are quoted upon enquiry.
Are callout fees included?
Callout fees are not included in the base mobile coaching price. They are quoted based on the session location and coaching requirements.
Session Structure
What happens in my first session?
First sessions typically include an introduction to boxing fundamentals, movement basics, fitness assessment, technical coaching, and an opportunity to understand your goals and experience level.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions generally run between 45 minutes and 1 hour depending on the service. Padwork Only sessions are 25 minutes.
How often should I train each week?
Beginners and casual clients can benefit from 1-2 sessions per week. More serious technical development may require 3-5 sessions weekly depending on goals, recovery, and schedule.
Boxing Fitness & Skill Development
Is boxing good for fitness and weight loss?
Boxing is highly effective for improving cardiovascular fitness, conditioning, coordination, and assisting with fat loss when combined with appropriate lifestyle habits. Results are not guaranteed and depend on consistency, nutrition, and overall lifestyle.
What if I want boxing fitness without boxercise?
Conditioning is built through authentic boxing training: pad work, movement, technical drills, and controlled intensity. The aim is fitness through real boxing mechanics.

What should I bring to my first session?
Clients are encouraged to bring 12oz boxing gloves and 4m hand wraps where possible. Equipment can be provided for initial sessions if needed.
Do I need my own gloves and equipment?
Eventually, yes. Personal equipment is recommended for hygiene, comfort, and long-term training consistency.
What should I wear?
Wear training clothes you can move in and supportive athletic shoes. For Anytime Fitness Wentworth Point sessions, follow standard gym entry requirements.
