Baki Boxing is operated by Baki Redzeposki, ABN 33 651 310 875. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website, make an enquiry, request or book coaching, buy through a linked retailer, or otherwise contact Baki Boxing.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Baki Boxing, we may collect:

• your name, phone number, email address and preferred contact details;
• your coaching goals, preferred training times, location preferences and enquiry details;
• booking, attendance, payment and transaction information provided through booking or payment providers;
• communications you send to us, including by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp or social media; and
• technical information made available by the website, hosting provider or embedded services, such as IP address, browser information, page URL and cookie identifiers.

Please do not include medical or other sensitive information in the short enquiry form. If relevant health or injury information is later provided for training safety, it will only be handled where reasonably necessary and with consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

Why we collect and use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, assess coaching suitability, arrange and deliver sessions, manage bookings and payments, provide customer support, maintain business records, improve our services, protect the website and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional email or SMS. The enquiry form does not include a promotional marketing opt-in.

Service providers and overseas processing

We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the business, including website hosting, HubSpot for enquiry and contact management, Square for appointment and payment services, communications providers and professional advisers.

Some providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other locations in which they or their subcontractors operate. Their own privacy terms also apply when you use an embedded or linked service.

Cookies, embeds and tracking

The dedicated enquiry landing page does not currently load a Google Analytics tag, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or another advertising pixel. It submits the enquiry directly to HubSpot. Other pages may load HubSpot forms or the Square booking widget when you interact with them; those services may use cookies or similar technology under their own privacy policies.

No cookie banner has been added because the current enquiry page audit found no advertising pixel or analytics tag requiring an automatic opt-in layer. This position must be reviewed before adding analytics, retargeting, session recording or other third-party tracking.

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer required is deleted or de-identified where reasonably practicable.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, or raise a privacy concern, by using the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within a reasonable period and explain if a request cannot be fulfilled.

If you are not satisfied with the response and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
