About Baki Boxing

Baki Boxing is operated by Baki Redzeposki, ABN 33 651 310 875. These terms apply to this website and to coaching services arranged with Baki Boxing. Additional terms shown in a confirmed quote, booking flow or written booking confirmation may also apply.

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry is a request for information and is not a confirmed booking. A coaching session is confirmed only when Baki Boxing accepts the requested service, time and location and provides confirmation.

Availability, suitability and location requirements may affect whether a request can be accepted. Do not attend a venue until your session has been confirmed.

Prices and additional charges

Displayed prices are in Australian dollars. The operator is not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added to the displayed coaching prices. Any change to tax registration or pricing will be reflected before a booking is accepted.

The displayed price is the total price for the listed coaching service where no conditional fee applies. Depending on the service and your circumstances, additional charges may include:

• a location-based callout fee for mobile coaching;
• a casual venue entry fee charged to a non-member by the training venue; or
• shipping calculated by an external retailer for merchandise.

Where a conditional fee cannot be calculated until the location, venue access or delivery details are known, the fee and full total will be disclosed before you commit to the booking or purchase. No undisclosed mandatory fee will be added after confirmation.

Payment

Payment timing and available methods are shown in the applicable booking service, invoice or written confirmation. Third-party booking, payment and retail platforms may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

Cancellations, rescheduling and missed sessions

Any cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival or missed-session conditions that apply to a service will be shown in the booking flow or confirmed in writing before the booking is finalised. If no specific condition has been provided, contact Baki Boxing as soon as possible to discuss the booking.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds and consumer guarantees

Services come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Remedies may include a repeat service, cancellation, refund or compensation depending on the circumstances and whether a failure is major.

Baki Boxing does not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule. Change-of-mind or late-cancellation requests that do not involve a failure to meet a consumer guarantee are handled under the booking conditions disclosed before confirmation.

Training safety

Boxing and fitness training involve physical exertion and risk. Follow coaching and venue safety instructions, use equipment as directed and stop if you feel unwell or experience unusual pain. Tell Baki Boxing before training about any injury, condition or limitation that may affect safe participation. Seek advice from a qualified health professional where appropriate.

Coaching information is general fitness and boxing instruction and is not medical advice. Baki Boxing may modify or decline a session where reasonably necessary for safety.

Venues and third-party services

Sessions held at a third-party gym or other venue are also subject to reasonable venue access, conduct and safety rules. Links and embeds for HubSpot, Square, social platforms and external retailers are provided for convenience; those providers control their own services and terms.

Website content

Website content is provided for general information and may change. Baki Boxing takes reasonable care with published information but does not promise that every page will always be complete or error-free. Images, branding and original site content must not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baki Boxing is not liable for loss caused by information or events outside its reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees.

These terms may be updated when services, prices, providers or legal obligations change. The version that applies to a confirmed booking is the version provided or made available when that booking is accepted, unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires a different result.
